This Refund Policy describes how payments work for Fanvy when you pay with cryptocurrency through Plisio. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All sales are final

All payments to Fanvy are processed via cryptocurrency (Plisio). Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are final and non-refundable.

How to stop future charges

Cryptocurrency payments are not auto-renewed. Each subscription period requires a new manual payment. To stop future charges, simply do not pay for the next period — your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan when the current period ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period — you retain access to your paid plan until the end date, then are downgraded.

Exceptional circumstances

In cases of duplicate charges, technical errors on our side, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact billing@fanvy.ai with your transaction ID and order number. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
